The TTT curves possess c shapes. The nose temperature of HPVD is 375 C. The critical time, which is the incubation of 10% precipitates at nose temperature, is 10 seconds. The quench sensitivity temperature range is 275-450 C. In the range, electrical conductivity decreases quickly, but outside of the range, electrical conductivity decreases slowly as holding time extends. In other words, the rate of phase transformation is fast in this temperature range.
