Installing of CCT & TTT Diagrams of Non-Ferrous Alloys on Linux PCs ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Before you install and run the CCT & TTT Diagrams of Non-Ferrous Alloys, you should check the following minimum system requirements: - OpenSuse, Debian, Slackware, Fedora, Gentoo, Ubuntu, - RAM: Recommended 2 Gb RAM or greater, - Hard disk free space: 200 Mb, - Recommended screen resolution: 800 x 600 pixels or higher, - Browser Mozilla, Safari or any other browser which support the Java script. In order to install the CCT & TTT Diagrams of Non-Ferrous Alloys, please download the zip file from the web site: https://www.steeldata.info/alloys/html/download.html https://www.steeldata.info/alloys/html/demo.html Once the download has finished, please unzip the zip-file into the directory e.g. Alloys or Demo. Note: All zip files was tested by the ESET program. 2. Installation and Running the Software ---------------------------------------- Installing the full version: 1. In the folder Downloads, double click the file alloys.zip and extract (unzip) the files into the folder Alloys. 3. Copy the folder Alloys into the folder C, D or anywhere on your hard disc. 4. In the folder Alloys, open the file index.html with the your browser. 5. Bookmark this page. 6. You may also create the 'Shortcut" to the Desktop. 7. Right click on desktop, then Create New and link to application (index.html file). Installing the demo version: 1.
